Çeyiz Evim Uygulaması

Çeyiz Evim uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak aşağıdaki kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen bu koşulları dikkatlice okuyunuz.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Çeyiz Evim, evlilik öncesi çeyiz hazırlıklarını takip etmek amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama ile:

Çeyiz ürünlerinizi kategorilere ayırabilirsiniz
Bütçenizi takip edebilirsiniz
Düğün tarihine geri sayım yapabilirsiniz
Yapılacaklar listesi oluşturabilirsiniz
Çeyiz listenizi paylaşabilirsiniz

2. Hesap Oluşturma

Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir. Hesap oluşturma seçenekleri:

E-posta ve şifre ile kayıt
Google hesabı ile giriş
Apple hesabı ile giriş (iOS)

Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Şifrenizi başkalarıyla paylaşmayınız.

3. Kullanım Kuralları

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymanız gerekmektedir:

Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel ve yasal amaçlarla kullanın
Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemeyin
Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak eylemlerden kaçının
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik veya kopyalama amacıyla kullanmayın

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içeriği (tasarım, grafikler, kod, metin) Çeyiz Evim'e aittir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Kullanıcılar tarafından girilen veriler (çeyiz listeleri, profil bilgileri vb.) kullanıcının mülkiyetindedir.

5. Reklamlar

Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam göstermektedir. Reklamlar üçüncü taraf içeriği olup, reklam içeriklerinden Çeyiz Evim sorumlu değildir.

6. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Çeyiz Evim, uygulamanın özelliklerini, tasarımını ve işlevlerini önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler durumunda kullanıcılar bilgilendirilecektir.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Çeyiz Evim, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Veri kaybı durumunda sorumluluk kabul edilmez (düzenli yedekleme önerilir)
İnternet bağlantısı gerektiren özellikler, bağlantı durumuna bağlıdır
Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinin (Firebase, Google, Apple) kesintilerinden sorumlu değiliz

8. Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Profil > Profili Düzenle > Hesabımı Sil). Hesap silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir.

9. Koşul Değişiklikleri

Bu kullanım koşullarını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellenmiş koşullar bu sayfada yayınlanacak ve yürürlük tarihi belirtilecektir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kullanım koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık durumunda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By using the Çeyiz Evim app (the "App"), you agree to the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

Çeyiz Evim is a mobile app developed to help you track your pre-wedding trousseau preparations. With the App you can:

Organize your trousseau items into categories
Track your budget
Count down to your wedding date
Create a to-do list
Share your trousseau list

2. Account Creation

You must create an account to use the App. Account creation options:

Sign up with email and password
Sign in with a Google account
Sign in with an Apple account (iOS)

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.

3. Usage Rules

When using the App, you must comply with the following rules:

Use the App only for personal and lawful purposes
Do not upload content that violates the rights of others
Refrain from any actions that may compromise the security of the App
Do not reverse engineer or copy the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents (design, graphics, code, text) belong to Çeyiz Evim and are protected by copyright laws. Data entered by users (trousseau lists, profile information, etc.) remains the property of the user.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads are third-party content, and Çeyiz Evim is not responsible for the content of advertisements.

6. Service Changes

Çeyiz Evim reserves the right to change the features, design, and functionality of the App without prior notice. Users will be notified in case of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Çeyiz Evim does not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Çeyiz Evim cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

No liability is accepted for data loss (regular backups are recommended)
Features requiring an internet connection depend on connection availability
We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (Firebase, Google, Apple)

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account). Account deletion is irreversible, and all your data is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms of use from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page along with their effective date. Continued use of the App means that you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye.

Mit der Nutzung der Çeyiz Evim App (die „App") akzeptieren Sie die folgenden Nutzungsbedingungen. Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedingungen sorgfältig durch.

1. Beschreibung des Dienstes

Çeyiz Evim ist eine mobile App, die zur Verfolgung der Aussteuer-Vorbereitungen vor der Hochzeit entwickelt wurde. Mit der App können Sie:

Ihre Aussteuer-Artikel in Kategorien organisieren
Ihr Budget verfolgen
Bis zu Ihrem Hochzeitsdatum herunterzählen
Eine Aufgabenliste erstellen
Ihre Aussteuer-Liste teilen

2. Kontoerstellung

Um die App zu nutzen, müssen Sie ein Konto erstellen. Optionen zur Kontoerstellung:

Registrierung mit E-Mail und Passwort
Anmeldung mit einem Google-Konto
Anmeldung mit einem Apple-Konto (iOS)

Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihrer Kontodaten verantwortlich. Geben Sie Ihr Passwort nicht an Dritte weiter.

3. Nutzungsregeln

Bei der Nutzung der App sind folgende Regeln einzuhalten:

Nutzen Sie die App ausschließlich zu persönlichen und rechtmäßigen Zwecken
Laden Sie keine Inhalte hoch, die Rechte Dritter verletzen
Unterlassen Sie Handlungen, die die Sicherheit der App gefährden könnten
Nehmen Sie kein Reverse Engineering vor und kopieren Sie die App nicht

4. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App und ihre Inhalte (Design, Grafiken, Code, Texte) sind Eigentum von Çeyiz Evim und durch das Urheberrecht geschützt. Von Nutzern eingegebene Daten (Aussteuer-Listen, Profilinformationen usw.) bleiben Eigentum des Nutzers.

5. Werbung

Die App zeigt Anzeigen über Google AdMob an. Anzeigen sind Inhalte Dritter; Çeyiz Evim übernimmt keine Verantwortung für die Inhalte der Anzeigen.

6. Änderungen des Dienstes

Çeyiz Evim behält sich das Recht vor, die Funktionen, das Design und die Funktionsweise der App ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu ändern. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen werden die Nutzer informiert.

7. Haftungsbeschränkung

Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Çeyiz Evim garantiert nicht, dass die App unterbrechungsfrei oder fehlerfrei funktioniert. Çeyiz Evim haftet nicht für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen.

Für Datenverluste wird keine Haftung übernommen (regelmäßige Sicherungen werden empfohlen)
Funktionen, die eine Internetverbindung erfordern, hängen vom Verbindungsstatus ab
Wir haften nicht für Ausfälle von Drittanbieterdiensten (Firebase, Google, Apple)

8. Kontolöschung

Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit aus der App heraus löschen (Profil > Profil bearbeiten > Konto löschen). Die Kontolöschung ist unwiderruflich, und alle Ihre Daten werden dauerhaft gelöscht.

9. Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir können diese Nutzungsbedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Aktualisierte Bedingungen werden auf dieser Seite mit Angabe des Inkrafttretens veröffentlicht. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App bedeutet, dass Sie die aktualisierten Bedingungen akzeptieren.

10. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen der Republik Türkei. Im Falle von Streitigkeiten sind die Gerichte der Türkei zuständig.

باستخدامك لتطبيق Çeyiz Evim ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام التالية. يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية.

1. وصف الخدمة

Çeyiz Evim هو تطبيق محمول طُوِّر لمتابعة تجهيزات الجهاز قبل الزواج. من خلال التطبيق يمكنك:

تنظيم عناصر جهازك ضمن فئات
متابعة ميزانيتك
العد التنازلي حتى تاريخ زفافك
إنشاء قائمة مهام
مشاركة قائمة جهازك

2. إنشاء الحساب

يجب عليك إنشاء حساب لاستخدام التطبيق. خيارات إنشاء الحساب:

التسجيل بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور
تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google
تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple (iOS)

أنت مسؤول عن أمان بيانات حسابك. لا تشارك كلمة المرور مع الآخرين.

3. قواعد الاستخدام

عند استخدام التطبيق يجب الالتزام بالقواعد التالية:

استخدم التطبيق للأغراض الشخصية والقانونية فقط
لا تقم بتحميل محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين
تجنّب أي تصرفات قد تُعرّض أمان التطبيق للخطر
لا تقم بالهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو نسخه

4. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق ومحتوياته (التصميم، الرسومات، الكود، النصوص) ملك لـ Çeyiz Evim ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر. أما البيانات التي يدخلها المستخدمون (قوائم الجهاز، معلومات الملف الشخصي، إلخ) فتظل ملكًا للمستخدم.

5. الإعلانات

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. الإعلانات هي محتوى لطرف ثالث، ولا تتحمل Çeyiz Evim أي مسؤولية عن محتوى هذه الإعلانات.

6. تغييرات الخدمة

تحتفظ Çeyiz Evim بالحق في تغيير ميزات التطبيق وتصميمه ووظائفه دون إشعار مسبق. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين في حال إجراء تغييرات جوهرية.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو". لا تضمن Çeyiz Evim أن يعمل التطبيق دون انقطاع أو دون أخطاء. ولا يمكن تحميل Çeyiz Evim المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.

لا تُقبل أي مسؤولية عن فقدان البيانات (يُنصح بإجراء نسخ احتياطي منتظم)
الميزات التي تتطلب اتصالًا بالإنترنت تعتمد على حالة الاتصال
لسنا مسؤولين عن انقطاعات خدمات الأطراف الثالثة (Firebase وGoogle وApple)

8. حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي > تعديل الملف الشخصي > حذف الحساب). عملية حذف الحساب لا يمكن التراجع عنها وتُحذف جميع بياناتك بشكل دائم.

9. تغييرات الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث شروط الاستخدام هذه من حين لآخر. ستُنشر الشروط المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تحديد تاريخ سريانها. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع شروط الاستخدام هذه لقوانين جمهورية تركيا. وفي حال نشوء أي نزاع، تختص محاكم تركيا بالنظر فيه.
